Payment Terms for Custom Orders and Orders Exceeding $4,000:
For all custom orders and orders exceeding Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00), the following payment terms shall apply:
Deposit and Non-Refundability:
An initial payment may be made at the time the invoice is issued to the customer. If the customer elects, or is required, to pay fifty percent (50%) of the total order amount upfront, such deposit shall be deemed non-refundable (unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Verified Breakers) due to the commencement of production and the procurement of necessary parts and materials.
Final Payment:
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the order total shall become due and payable upon the earlier of:
Verified Breakers providing the customer with photographic evidence of the completed equipment; or
delivery of the equipment to the customer,
as specified in the applicable quote and/or invoice. Payment shall be made within seventy-two (72) hours of the earlier of Verified Breakers providing the final photographs or the delivery of the equipment, in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Late Payment and Storage Fees:
Failure to remit the final payment within the specified seventy-two (72) hour period may result in the assessment of storage fees in the amount of One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($175.00) per day, for a maximum period of thirty (30) days.
Remedies for Non-Payment:
If final payment has not been received within thirty (30) days following the due date, Verified Breakers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
reclaim and take possession of the equipment without further notice to the customer; and/or
pursue legal action to recover the outstanding payment, including any applicable interest, costs of collection, attorney’s fees, and other damages incurred by Verified Breakers.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
