ABB Electrical Panels
ABB Electrical Panels — Emergency Build & Same-Day Stock
When an ABB panel is on the critical path of a build, a 20-week factory lead time is not an answer. We stock ABB electrical panels in the configurations contractors and facility teams actually order, and we build to spec in 24 to 48 hours when the factory pipeline cannot. If you need an ABB panelboard, switchboard, or power distribution panel for a project that has already slipped, this is where to start.
ABB Panelboards We Stock and Build
Our ABB inventory and rush build catalog covers the full commercial and industrial range, with the amp ratings that show up on most procurement lists:
- ReliaGear neXT power panelboards — 600A, 800A, 1000A, and 1200A copper bus stack ratings, in horizontal or vertical main configurations
- ReliaGear lighting panelboards — 225A and 400A interiors, 12, 24, and 42-circuit configurations for commercial lighting and small-load distribution
- Formula and AQF / AQU series interiors — standard industrial and commercial lighting panels, MLO and main breaker configurations
- Power panels with main breaker (MB) or main lug only (MLO) from 250A through 1200A
- SafeT and OEM panelboards for OEM equipment builds and packaged assemblies
Whether you need a single replacement ABB panel for a hospital electrical room or a fleet of identical 800A distribution panels for a data center fit-out, the order goes through the same desk.
Amp Ratings — 600A, 800A, 1000A, 1200A
Most of the ABB panelboard orders we ship sit in the 600A to 1200A range. These are the workhorse ratings for commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, and the secondary distribution layer inside larger industrial sites.
600A ABB Panelboards
The 600A ABB ReliaGear power panel is a common pick for mid-sized commercial sub-distribution. Available in NEMA 1 indoor and NEMA 3R outdoor enclosures, with copper bus and branch breakers from 15A up to 600A. Typical footprint is 60 by 40 inches in the 16X frame. We hold finished 600A units and can rush-build to your single-line in tight project windows.
800A ABB Panelboards
The 800A ReliaGear neXT is the cross-over rating between commercial panelboard and small switchboard. 24X frame at roughly 72 by 45 inches, copper bus, horizontal or vertical main breaker. Used heavily for retail anchor stores, mid-sized industrial machine rooms, and data center power distribution units (PDUs).
1000A and 1200A ABB Panelboards
At 1000A and 1200A, the ABB panelboard line stops being a lighting panel and starts behaving like a small switchboard. Main breaker or main lug only, plug-in branch breakers up to 1200A, and 32X frame dimensions around 84 by 45 inches at the top of the line. These are the units that hold up data center expansions, manufacturing line additions, and large commercial tenant fit-outs.
Voltage and Configuration Options
ABB panelboards we stock and build cover the standard US commercial and industrial voltage classes:
- 480Y/277V three-phase four-wire — commercial lighting and HVAC distribution
- 208Y/120V three-phase four-wire — receptacle and general-purpose loads
- 240V three-phase — older industrial and light commercial
- 480V three-phase three-wire — motor distribution and process loads
Bus material is copper as standard. Enclosure options include NEMA 1 for indoor electrical rooms, NEMA 3R for outdoor and damp locations, and NEMA 4X for washdown or corrosive environments. Tell us the application and we will spec the right enclosure on the quote.
Specifications and Standards
Every ABB panelboard we ship is UL listed under UL 67 (panelboards), UL 50 (enclosures), UL 489 (circuit breakers), and UL 98 (switches where applicable). Compliance with ANSI/NEMA PB 1 and the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) is baseline, not optional. If your AHJ requires service entrance rating, seismic certification, or short-circuit current rating documentation at a specific level, flag it on the quote request and we will confirm before the build kicks off.
Why Buyers Order ABB Panels From Us
Three reasons, in the order procurement teams care about.
1. Speed. Our turnaround is 24 to 48 hours when manufacturer lead times are 20+ weeks. That is the entire differentiator. If your ABB factory order is sitting at week 14 of 20 and the project deadline does not care, we build the same panel from in-stock components and ship.
2. In-stock breadth. We hold ABB ReliaGear interiors, enclosures, branch breakers, and main breakers in the ratings that move. A spec change on a 600A panel does not mean a re-order from the factory. It usually means swapping an interior we already have on the shelf.
3. Build-to-spec discipline. Every panel ships with as-built documentation, factory torque values logged, and UL labeling intact. You get a panel that passes inspection on the first walk, not one that comes back to the shop after the inspector finds an issue.
Common ABB Panel Applications
- Data center power distribution units (PDUs) and remote power panels (RPPs)
- Commercial building sub-distribution: retail, office, healthcare, hospitality
- Industrial facility lighting and receptacle distribution
- Manufacturing line additions and machine power feeds
- Educational and institutional electrical room upgrades
- OEM equipment builds requiring listed ABB panelboard assemblies
Request a Quote on an ABB Electrical Panel
Send us the single-line, the schedule, and the deadline. If you have a factory ABB quote with a 20-week lead time, send that too. Most of the time we can match the spec and ship in days, not months. Quote requests with a clear AIC requirement, voltage, amp rating, and enclosure type usually come back same-day.
If the project is already on fire, call. We answer the phone and we keep stock on the shelf precisely so the answer can be yes.
