Industrial Electrical Panels

Industrial Electrical Panels — Emergency Build & Same-Day Stock

When a plant feeder fails, a data center expansion slips its window, or a manufacturer quotes 20-plus weeks for an industrial electrical panel, the project clock keeps running. We build and ship rated industrial panels and switchboards fast, drawing on stocked Square D, Siemens, Eaton, GE, and ABB components so contractors and facility teams can keep critical loads energized.

Our inventory covers panelboards from 400A through 1200A, switchboards from 1600A through 4000A, and motor control center (MCC) sections for industrial applications across the United States. Every assembly is built to UL 891, UL 845, NEMA PB2, and the relevant IEC 61439 standards, and every order ships nationwide.

Industrial applications we build for

Industrial electrical panels carry the working power for almost every type of heavy load environment. We regularly supply equipment for:

  • Manufacturing plants — main distribution panels, plant feeders, and MCC line-ups for production lines and process equipment.
  • Data centers — remote power panels (RPPs), modular switchboards, and high-pole-count distribution gear feeding GPU and high-density rack environments.
  • Water and wastewater plants — motor control center sections for pump stations, blower buildings, and lift stations.
  • Oil, gas, and chemical sites — service entrance switchboards and feeder panels rated for the short-circuit conditions on the site.
  • Logistics and cold storage — refrigeration feeders, dock lighting panels, and conveyor MCCs.
  • Healthcare, education, and large commercial buildings — main switchboards, distribution panelboards, and branch panels for renovation and new-build work.

If your specification calls for a particular ampacity, voltage, fault level, or enclosure type, send the one-line diagram and we will quote against it.

Amp ratings and frame sizes we stock

Industrial loads are not one size. We build to the rating the job needs.

Industrial panelboards

  • 600A panelboards — branch distribution for mid-size production cells, mechanical rooms, and tenant fit-outs.
  • 800A panelboards — feeder and sub-distribution duty in industrial facilities.
  • 1000A panelboards — main distribution for medium-load plants and large commercial buildings.
  • 1200A panelboards — heavy industrial branch distribution and service entrance duty.

Industrial switchboards

  • 1600A switchboards — service entrance and main distribution for industrial sites.
  • 2000A switchboards — main switchboard duty for manufacturing plants and data centers.
  • 2500A switchboards — service entrance for high-load industrial campuses.
  • 3000A switchboards — main distribution for power-dense facilities.
  • 4000A switchboards — top-end main service for the largest industrial and data center loads.

Frame ratings on individual molded-case circuit breakers in these assemblies cover the standard 100A through 1600A range, with short-circuit ratings configured to suit the available fault current at the service. Standard short-circuit ratings of 14 kAIC at 480VAC are baseline, with 65 kAIC options for high-fault sites such as data centers.

Brand selection — built around what you already specify

Industrial electrical panel is a category, not a single brand, and most facilities have a preferred manufacturer family already on site. We stock and build around all five of the dominant North American lines so the new equipment lines up with what your maintenance team and your prints already know.

  • Square D — I-Line panelboards, QED switchboards, and matching circuit breakers. The default in a large share of US industrial facilities.
  • Siemens — P1, P2, and P3 panelboards, plus switchboard and load center sections.
  • Eaton — Pow-R-Line panelboards, Pow-R-Stock switchboards, and matching frames.
  • GE — Spectra Series panelboards and switchboard sections.
  • ABB — ReliaGear panelboards and switchboards.

Mixed-brand projects are routine. If the existing line-up is Square D and a single replacement section needs to land in the same gear, we will match the bus configuration and breaker frames so the assembly is electrically and physically compatible.

Specifications and voltage configurations

We build industrial panels and switchboards to the operating conditions on the actual site. Standard configurations include:

  • Voltages: 480V, 480/277V, 240V, 208V, and 120/208V, 3-phase 4-wire
  • Frequencies: 60Hz standard for US service
  • Bus material: copper or aluminum, sized to the assembly rating
  • Short-circuit ratings: 14 kAIC, 22 kAIC, 35 kAIC, 65 kAIC, and 100 kAIC available depending on frame
  • Enclosures: NEMA 1 for indoor dry locations, NEMA 3R for outdoor or wet locations, NEMA 12 for industrial dust environments
  • Mounting: floor-standing for switchboards, wall-mount or floor-stand for panelboards
  • Standards: UL 891 for switchboards, UL 67 for panelboards, UL 845 for MCC sections, NEMA PB2, and IEC 61439-2 where required

If you need a metering compartment, a service entrance section with main, ground fault protection, surge protective device (SPD) integration, or a draw-out main breaker, all of those configurations are buildable.

Why facilities order from us

Industrial buyers come to Verified Breakers when the standard distributor channel is too slow.

24-48 hour turnaround when manufacturer lead times are 20+ weeks. We hold rated frames, bus, and breaker inventory across multiple US locations, so a quote can move from drawing to dispatch in the same week. Critical industrial projects do not pause for a factory schedule.

  • Stock-backed builds. Real warehouse inventory, not drop-ship promises. The Square D, Siemens, Eaton, GE, and ABB parts your build needs are on a shelf.
  • Nationwide shipping. Freight to any US site, including data center campuses, manufacturing facilities, and remote industrial locations.
  • UL-listed assemblies. Built and labeled to UL 891 and UL 67 with the documentation your AHJ and inspector expect.
  • Spec-match service. Send the one-line, the schedule, or the existing nameplate and we will quote a like-for-like replacement or upgrade.
  • Emergency response. Plant down, switchboard fault, panel failed inspection on the day of cut-over: tell us the rating and the deadline and we will quote the fastest path.

Request a quote on your industrial electrical panel

Send a one-line diagram, a panel schedule, the existing nameplate, or just a short description of the rating and configuration you need. Our team will respond with an availability check, a build estimate, and a delivery window. Most quotes go out the same business day, and rush builds ship within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
