Refund and Cancellation Policy
You acknowledge all product sales made on or through the Service (referred to as Verified Breakers, 303 Web Results, or the Service) are final, and may not be refunded, except as set forth in the present Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy is for phone orders, website orders, orders through our quotation system, or any way you can purchase products from Verified Breakers and its website and employees.
All sums paid to us for product purchases on or through the Service will not be refunded, except if we authorize such a refund pursuant to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to our sole discretion. Please note that we will not be under any obligation to provide a refund, except if we choose to do so.
Damaged, Defective or Erroneous Products
You will be permitted to return certain product(s) purchased on or through the Service that is/are damaged or defective, within thirty (30) days of the delivery thereof. Please submit the request in writing by email or by phone by calling our office. You will then be required to return the damaged, defective or erroneous product(s) to us.Â
We will evaluate any returned product(s). If the return request is founded and provided within the specified Terms, we will offer you a replacement product at no cost.Â
Warranty Claims
The foregoing warranty shall only be applicable to goods stored, installed, handled, operated, or otherwise used under normal conditions. If customer would like to make a warranty claim, it needs to be within the 1 year allotted timeframe from when order was originally received. Warranty is provided by Verified Breakers not manufacturer. To request a warranty claim, please email VerifiedBreakers@gmail.com and please note your original order number if you have this. The replacement apparatus will have a warranty that is extended 60 days beyond original warranty period. The forgoing warranty will not apply to defects within the guarantee period resulting from accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper storage or maintenance, improper installation, damage in transit, modifications or alterations, Acts of God, or repairs performed by third parties subsequent to the sale or service by Seller. This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Verified Breakers. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, negligence, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to items returned without prior authorization from Verified Breakers. Verified Breakers is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any item covered under this warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to Verified Breakers for warranty evaluation. Verified Breakers will cover the cost of shipping any replacement part back to the customer and refund customer's shipping to us if the item is deemed eligible under this warranty policy. The Verified Breakers warranty process consists of the following steps: Replacement: Upon receipt of the returned item from the customer, Verified Breakers will confirm whether the item qualifies for warranty coverage. If the item is deemed eligible, Verified Breakers will first attempt to provide a replacement part of like kind and quality. Repair: If a replacement part is not available in Verified Breakers’ inventory, Verified Breakers will then determine whether the item can be repaired to restore it to functional condition. Refund: If Verified Breakers is unable to provide a replacement part or complete a repair, Verified Breakers will issue a refund to the customer in an amount not to exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Damage in Transit
We may provide a replacement or replace a damaged part in the event that the product(s) purchased on or through the Service was/were delivered in a broken box due to a damage in transit. Please notify us of the damages by sending us an email or by calling our office within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide pictures and mark on the Bill of Lading that it was received as damaged, or decline receiving the shipment.Â
If we determine the product(s) was/were damaged in transit, we will offer you a replacement product at no cost. Prior to sending the replacement product, we will request that you ship the damaged product(s) back to us.
Refund Requests
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a refund for product(s) purchased through the Service within thirty (30) days of the customer’s receipt of such product(s). After the expiration of this thirty (30) day period, all sales shall be deemed final, and product(s) shall not be eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Disconnects, electrical panels, switchboards, meter stacks, custom orders, equipment requiring assembly, transformers, and generators are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or by contacting our office by telephone. Refund requests must include sufficient justification and supporting documentation for the refund request. Verified Breakers is committed to addressing refund requests in a timely and efficient manner.
If Verified Breakers determines, in its sole discretion, that the refund request is valid, the customer will be required to return the product(s) to Verified Breakers at the customer’s sole cost and expense. Refunds will only be provided for product(s) returned in unopened, sealed boxes in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Upon Verified Breakers’ receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), and subject to confirmation that the returned product(s) meet the conditions stated herein, Verified Breakers will issue a refund in the amount of the original purchase price paid by the customer, less a restocking fee. The restocking fee shall be determined by Verified Breakers, in its sole discretion, and will range between twenty percent (20%) and eighty percent (80%) of the purchase price.
Verified Breakers reserves the right to deny any refund request it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unfounded, incomplete, or not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Lead Times
All lead times given are estimates only and may change. We are not responsible for increases in lead times and cannot cancel an order due to long lead times. Once the order is placed that has a lead time attached to it, we cannot cancel it or refund the order.Â
ModificationsÂ
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by and your acceptance of the Refund and Cancellation Policy as modified.
