Refund policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy


You acknowledge all product sales made on or through the Service, VerifiedBreakers.com, 303 Web Results LLC, or through Stripe Quote/Invoices, Phone Orders, or any other ways of placing orders through our company, are final and may not be refunded, except as set forth in the present Refund and Cancellation Policy.

 

All sums paid to us for product purchases on or through the Service will not be refunded, except if we authorize such a refund pursuant to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to our sole discretion. Please note that we will not be under any obligation to provide a refund, except if we choose to do so.


Damaged, Defective or Erroneous Products


You will be permitted to return any product(s) purchased on or through the Service that is/are damaged or defective, or subject to an error (such as incorrect sizing) within thirty (30) days of the delivery thereof. Please submit the request in writing by email or by phone by calling our office. You will then be required to return the damaged, defective or erroneous product(s) to us. 


We will evaluate any returned product(s). If the return request is founded and provided within the delays specified in these Terms, we will offer you a replacement product at no cost. 


Damage in Transit


We may provide a refund in the event that the product(s) purchased on or through the Service was/were delivered in a broken box due to a damage in transit. Please notify us of the damages by sending us an email or by calling our office. 


If we determine the product(s) was/were damaged in transit, we will offer you a replacement product at no cost. Prior to sending the replacement product, we will request that you ship the damaged product(s) back to us.


Refund Requests


You may request a refund of the product(s) purchased on or through the Service within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product(s). Following the lapse of such time period, product(s) purchased on or through the Service will be final, and not be subject to any refunds. 


All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email or by phone by calling our office. All refund requests must provide justification to support the refund request. We are committed to handling refund requests in a timely and efficient manner.


If the refund request is founded, we will request that you ship the product(s) back to us, at your cost and expense. We will only provide refunds for products returned in a closed box, and not in an open box. The returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging.


Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we will refund you the sum paid less (-) our restocking fee. The restocking fee will range between twenty percent (20%) and fifty percent (450%) of the purchase fee paid by you. The restocking fee will be determined by us, at our sole discretion. 


We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that we deem to be unfounded, or that has not been submitted according to the delays or terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.


Modifications 


We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by and your acceptance of the Refund and Cancellation Policy as modified.


By using the Service and our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
