Payments for custom orders or orders over $4,000:
Initial payment can be made when the invoice is sent to customer. If customer is paying 50% up front, this 50% becomes non refundable (unless otherwise noted) as production has begun and parts have been ordered. The remaining 50% will be due once the order has been built and pictures have been sent to the customer, or upon delivery. This will be notated on the quote and/or invoice whether payment is due upon completion of built equipment and pictures, or due upon delivery. Payment is required within 72 hours of final pictures being sent to customer, or within 72 hours of delivery (if both sides have agreed to final payment upon delivery). Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in storage charges of $175 per day, maxing out at 30 days. If payment has not been received after 30 days, we reserve the right to take back the equipment built and/or pursue legal action in order to get final payment from customer.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
